THE COURSE
This course is designed to be run for a group or team of individuals from one organisation who are required to work together. It may be run either at a client's premises or as a closed company course at Quanta's training centre. It is a thorough exploration of how to build effective teams and team dynamics. Through a series of practical exercises, delegates learn to understand themselves, their roles in teams and their colleagues better.

The course will enable delegates to:
