THE COURSE
The course will allow delegates to be able to install, configure and support Cisco products in an internet worked environment. The course covers routing and switching technologies as well as connectivity through ISDN and Frame Relay.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Those people supporting and installing Cisco routers and switches. Those people who intend to gain the CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) qualification.

PRE-REQUISITES
A good understanding of networking concepts is essential. This can be gained from attending our Networking Fundamentals or Network+ courses.
