COURSE TOPICS
This course takes a very different format compared to the Foundation and Practitioner courses. There will be very little formal teaching, as delegates will already have learned the theory in the previous courses. The course will be in the form of a workshop, with a range of challenges being posed to the syndicate teams, who will undertake impact assessments and endeavour to manage their way out of the situations.
The course is delivered over two days, with delegates using the examination case study based on the NHS, to design and prepare the programme management documentation that will be used during the examination.
Delegates will be formed into programme teams, who will develop the programme on the first day to enable them to run the programme on the second day.
|
Prior to the course there will be a workbook to complete which will require delegates to prepare information relating to the case study to enable them to gain the most from the work with fellow delegates.
The examination itself will take 2.5 hours and will be held on the second day. The syndicate work will fully prepare delegates for the examination.
Delegates will need to bring Photographic ID to show the Invigilator before the exam can be taken.
